My conclusion from my findings is , that it is very easy to be a publisher anybody can apply, and obtain a url site adress. With the total number of users it can be good or bad depends which way you view it. Could mean alot of fraud ,hackers, faulse information. Or could mean alot of vaulable information, also connects the whole world together to advance our economic society to where it's just not buisness in our country anymore.

ReplyDeleteYour thoughts on the implications of anyone publishing to the web are accurate. But, there's another side to that as well. It's an INCREDIBLY powerful thing for, potentially, 1.175 BILLION users to have a voice to be heard by anyone else.
